Planning a wedding can be a very stressful event for many different reasons.  One of the biggest stressors is the financial aspect of a wedding.  That is why finding a discount wedding photographer can relieve some of that stress. When looking for a discount wedding photographer, the couple needs to really be choosey. You don't want to sacrifice quality photographs for a few bucks.  There are many discount wedding photographers out there that take quality portraits to cherish the wonderful memories of that special day.

A few things to consider while on the search for a discount wedding photographer are as follows:

• Is the photographer organized?  Organization is a sign of success.  It shows that this person is a professional who takes his/her career seriously.

• Does the photographer have quality equipment?  You can have a great photographer, but if the equipment is old or of poor quality, that is the kind of portraits that will be produced, as well.

• Is the photographer well known in the area?  This person may just be starting out, but should still have some references.

• Are there any sample portraits to view from his/her previous work?  This would give you an idea of what quality of work the photographer is offering.

• Is the photographer willing to work with you on your terms? So many times, the arrangements have to be made to suit the photographer, and not to the convenience of the customer. 

• What kind of personality does the photographer have?  This is very important because, this is a time consuming event that involves a wedding party full of different personalities.  It is essential that the photographer can communicate well with, and has a relationship with the wedding party.
